Terms of Service

Effective: May 1, 2026 · Last revised: May 18, 2026

1. Agreement

By installing or using Price Bulk Editor ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Expert Ecommerce, based in France ("we", "us"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. The Service

Price Bulk Editor is a Shopify embedded application for bulk-editing and scheduling product prices on Shopify stores. Service capabilities are documented at /features and depend on your subscription tier.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • The Service offers a permanent Free plan and three paid tiers, billed monthly via Shopify Billing API.
  • Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged before trial expiry.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We do not issue refunds for partial months; Shopify's standard policy applies to refund requests.
  • SKU edit counters reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused edits do not roll over.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Review every dry-run before committing a task. We provide the preview; the decision to commit is yours.
  • Maintain a current backup of your Shopify product data independent of this Service.
  • Not use the Service to violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
  • Not resell or sub-license the Service without written permission.

5. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, measured over a calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (announced ≥48 hours in advance) and Shopify platform outages. If we fall below 99% in a calendar month for reasons within our control, paid customers are entitled to a pro-rata credit on the next billing cycle on request.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, even if advised of the possibility.

You acknowledge: bulk price editing is an inherently consequential operation. We provide tools (dry-run, snapshot rollback, audit log) to reduce risk, but the responsibility for reviewing previews and committing tasks rests with you. We are not liable for revenue impact of price changes you commit.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the Service at any time via the Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or if Shopify removes the Service from the App Store. On termination, data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and emailed to active stores at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
