1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Some are required for the site to function (session, security); others track behavior across sessions or sites. Price Bulk Editor uses the minimum number we can technically justify.
2. The marketing site uses no tracking cookies
This site (price-bulk-editor.expert-ecom.com) does not set any tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, EU-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics service that records anonymous, aggregated page views — no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, ad-retargeting scripts, or third-party advertising trackers anywhere on this site.
3. Cookies used by the embedded Shopify admin app
When you use the app inside the Shopify admin, your browser stores:

All three are strictly necessary — without them, the embedded app cannot authenticate. They are not used for tracking and are not shared with any third party.
4. Crisp live chat (optional)
If you open the in-app live chat (Crisp), additional cookies are set by Crisp to maintain the chat session. These cookies are only set on user action — they do not load if you never open chat. See the Crisp Privacy Policy for details.
5. How to control cookies
You can clear cookies via your browser settings. Note that clearing the session cookies above will log you out of the embedded app — you'll need to re-authenticate.
Because we do not use tracking cookies, no consent banner is required on this site under the EU ePrivacy Directive or GDPR. The cookies we do set fall under the "strictly necessary" exemption.
6. Changes
If we add any cookies in the future — for example, a feature that genuinely requires persistent state — we'll update this page and add appropriate consent controls before deployment.
